In response to the severe flooding caused by extreme weather conditions in Northern Thailand in July 2025, AUX Air Conditioner (Thailand) today announced the launch of a Public Welfare Maintenance Program to support affected households. The initiative aims to help AUX air conditioner users in disaster-hit areas restore cooling services as quickly as possible.
[Background]
Extreme rainfall in Northern Thailand triggered large-scale flooding, severely affecting local communities and damaging home appliances. To assist customers during this challenging time, AUX is providing free on-site inspection and repair services for eligible air conditioner units.
[Program Duration]
The program covers all repair requests submitted from the onset of the disaster through August 31, 2025.
[Eligible Users]
- Target Users: AUX household air conditioner end-users in affected areas
- Regions Covered: Northern and Northeastern Thailand and other officially recognized disaster zones
- Applicable Models: All AUX Q / M / C series wall-mounted air conditioners
[Program Scope]
This initiative applies to air conditioner units damaged due to extreme rainfall or war-related impact. AUX will provide the following free of charge:
- On-site service fee
- Cleaning fee
- Repair fee
- Parts replacement fee
Note: All benefits apply only to end-users; dealers are not included.
