Warranty Check

The product warranty shall not apply under the following circumstances

1. The product is beyond the warranty period specified by the Company.
2. Damage resulting from improper handling, relocation, transportation, or shipment that does not comply with the recommended procedures.
3. The product has been modified, altered, or changed in its structure, design, or functionality without prior written authorization from the Company or the manufacturer.
4. The product has been repaired, modified, disassembled, reinstalled, or relocated by any person or technician who is not authorized or certified by the Company, resulting in damage or malfunction.
5. Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance that does not comply with the user manual, installation manual, or the Company's instructions.
6. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper care or maintenance, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or normal operating conditions.
7. Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure events, including but not limited to floods, fire, lightning, earthquakes, storms, or any other events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
8.The warranty does not cover air conditioners installed in environments unsuitable for normal operation, including but not limited to areas with high acidity, areas with high levels of air pollution, or confined spaces that cause excessive heat buildup, preventing the outdoor unit from properly dissipating heat or reducing its operating temperature.
