AUX Residential Air Conditioner Warranty Policy (UAE)
This warranty policy is issued by AUX CLOUD TRADING L.L.C., the official sales and after-sales service company of AUX air conditioners in the United Arab Emirates.
Applicable within the United Arab Emirates only
This policy applies to AUX residential split-type air conditioners sold and installed within the UAE.

01. Warranty Duration

1. AUX Residential Wall-Mounted Split Type Air Conditioner Units sold and installed within the UAE are covered under a 5-year comprehensive warranty for parts and components, starting from the purchase date stated on the invoice, or installation date stated on installation report(whichever comes first).

2. The compressor carries an additional 5-year extended warranty after the 5-year comprehensive warranty of the unit, providing a total of 10 years of coverage from the original purchase or installation date, whichever comes first.

3. During the first five (5) years, both compressor replacement and related labor are free of charge. During the subsequent five (5) years, the compressor remains free of charge, but labor and transportation costs shall apply.

4. Users are required to retain their original purchase invoice and warranty card. Loss of purchase proof may affect warranty entitlement.

02. Coverage Scope

1. Included Components (5 Years): Compressor, fans, indoor/outdoor PCBs, sensors, fan motors, evaporator coil, condenser coil, and other major core components.

2. Excluded Items: Consumables such as air filters, remote control batteries, drain hoses, and cosmetic damages (scratches, fading, and bumps etc.) not caused by manufacturing defects.

03. Exclusions from Warranty

1. Physical Damage: Damage caused by external causes such as mishandling, accidents, misuse, weather, or power surges is excluded.

2. Unauthorized Repairs: Warranty is void if unapproved personnel repair, modify or disassemble the product.

3. Improper Usage: Using the product beyond its rated capacity or in unsuitable environments.

4. Serial Number Tampering: Warranty voided if the product serial number, nameplate, or seal is damaged, altered, or lost.

5. Severe or Unauthorized Usage Conditions: Damaged Units that have suffered from fire, electrical burn, flooding, explosion, or similar incidents, as well as products modified or relocated for use in non-standard environments (e.g. RVs, caravans, boats), are not covered under warranty.

6. Fire Damage and Compensation: The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, or claims arising from fire, electrical short circuits, or other external causes. Such situations are not covered by the product warranty and should be resolved by the user through insurance claims or other legal channels.

04. Installation Conditions

Proper installation is a prerequisite for warranty validity.

1. Installation must be performed by qualified and certified technicians approved by AUX. It is not recommended for users to hire unverified third-party installers. Any failure, malfunction, or damage caused by non-authorized installation will void the product warranty.

2. Consequences of Improper Installation: incorrect sizing, improper mounting, faulty wiring, or incorrect refrigerant charge may cause performance degradation, water leakage, compressor damage, or system malfunction..

3. The air conditioner is designed for 220V ±10% (50Hz) supply in compliance with UAE standards. In unstable power areas, users should install a suitable voltage regulator. Damages caused by voltage fluctuations, phase loss, or failure to install a voltage regulator are not covered under warranty.

05. Maintenance Requirements  

1. Regular Servicing: Annual maintenance by certified technicians is required for at least once per annum.

2. Filter Cleaning: Regular cleaning required; neglect causing malfunction is excluded.

3. Blocked Drain Lines: Water leakage caused by clogged drains is excluded.

06. Claim Filing Procedure:

1. AUX may repair or replace failed components with new or equivalent parts.

2. For out-of-warranty repairs, replaced parts shall carry a 3-month (90-day) warranty from the replacement date. Labor costs are borne by the user.

07. Warranty Rules for no purchase invoice or installation record

1. When no purchase invoice or installation record is available, the warranty start date shall be automatically determined based on the manufacturing date and system configuration. If the system determines it as out of warranty, repairs will be handled as paid service.

08. Disclaimer

1. AUX CLOUD TRADING L.L.C. reserves the right of final interpretation and modification of this warranty policy without prior notice.

AUX Commercial & VRF Air Conditioner Warranty Policy (UAE)
This warranty policy is issued by AUX CLOUD TRADING L.L.C., the official sales and after-sales service company of AUX air conditioners in the United Arab Emirates.
Applicable within the United Arab Emirates only.
This policy applies to AUX ducted and cassette type split air conditioners, as well as VRF air conditioning systems sold and installed within the United Arab Emirates.

01. Warranty Duration:

1. AUX commercial air conditioning systems are covered by a 3-year full warranty for main parts and components from the purchase or installation date (whichever comes first).

2. The compressor carries an additional 2-year extended warranty after the 3-year comprehensive warranty of the unit, providing a total of 5 years of coverage from the original purchase or installation date, whichever comes first.

3. Users are required to retain their original purchase invoice and warranty card. Loss of purchase proof may affect warranty entitlement.

Large-Scale Projects

Warranty Period:Subject to the specific terms outlined in the signed project contract.

Extended Warranty Requests:If the client requests an extended warranty period, a formal application must be submitted and will only be implemented upon approval by AUX CLOUD TRADING L.L.C.

02. Coverage Scope

1. Covered components include: compressor, main control PCB, sensors, fan motors, electronic expansion valves, four-way valves, heat exchangers (condenser and evaporator coils), pressure sensors, communication modules, water pumps, fan blades, and other major core components.

2. Excluded items include filters, remote control batteries, insulation materials, drain hoses, external copper piping, and cosmetic damages not caused by manufacturing defects.

03. Exclusions from Warranty

The following situations are excluded from warranty coverage:

1. Damage caused by mishandling, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or abnormal voltage fluctuations.

2. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly by unapproved personnel.

3. Installation or commissioning not following AUX technical standards or local regulations.

4. Serial number or product label damaged or missing.

5. Products installed in non-standard environments such as containers, caravans, or ships.

6. Damage caused by fire, flooding, explosion, or electrical burn.

7. Building structure removal or modification work required for repairs is not covered under manufacturer responsibility.

04. Installation Conditions

Damages caused by voltage fluctuations, phase loss, or failure to install a voltage regulator are not covered under warranty.
